General Questions

It's RAH-goh uh-LAH-sah.

I have invested in newer Canon gear and have multiple professional-level camera bodies and prime lenses. For indoor events or studio work, I use professional lighting equipment, backdrops, and reflectors. I also have a drone, a stabilizer for video work, and an action camera. For post-processing, I use a Macbook with the latest Adobe software.
-
Absolutely. I always bring multiple camera bodies, a plethora of lenses, and ample memory cards. Additionally, all my camera bodies shoot to two separate memory cards to ensure that even your photos are backed up on the fly.
-
Totally. For domestic gigs, I try to make it as simple as I can and charge a flat rate within the United States.
For international jobs, I have an active passport and I'm ready to go anytime. I only charge for round-trip flights, hotel accommodations for 2-3 nights + meals, and a rental car + gas/petrol (if needed).
I'm pretty well traveled myself, with experience in many different locations, seasons, and conditions.
-
Yes, I do. Both for my gear and for liability on location.

The easiest way to book me is through any "book here" buttons on my website. The fastest way is through my phone number and email here.
Wedding Questions
-
The deposit is generally half of the total package price. The rest is due 30 days prior to the wedding date.
-
It depends on how long the wedding is. For a 6 to 8-hour wedding, I usually deliver between 400-650 edited images. For a longer 10 to 12-hour wedding, it could go up to 1,000 edited images.
My turnaround time for sneak peek images is the next day after the wedding or the day after that. For the whole gallery, my goal is to hit the 4-week mark in the Spring and Winter, but during peak season (May – October), my turnaround time is usually between 6-8 weeks due to the high volume of work.
However, I usually deliver the entire gallery faster than those estimations.
-
You can order prints from your gallery at any time by simply clicking the shopping cart in the image of your choice. There you will be taken to a simple order page to choose your sizes. I also offer custom albums, please reach out to me here for more details.

After photographing dozens of weddings and attending a few venue walk-throughs, I've found that it is no “guaranteed” benefit due to the changing weather conditions between the walk-through date and the day of. My years of experience in all conditions and types of venues give me the knowledge and confidence to capture your day in the most amazing way, whether I have spent time on the property previously or not. However, since I know that some couples would love their photographer's input during walk-throughs, I do offer venue walk-throughs and rehearsal coverage as an a la carte add-on to your wedding collection.
